Privacy

Goobervisor is a private site for one video team: the people who plan, edit, review and post a YouTube channel's videos. It isn't open to the public and it doesn't sell or share anything about you.

What the site keeps about you

• Your Google account — only your email address, name and profile picture, used to sign you in and show who did what. The site never reads your Google Drive, Gmail or anything else on your account. (Team files are read from the team's own shared folders with a separate service account.)
• Your Discord account, if you link it — your Discord id and username, so the site's bot can send you a direct message about your tasks. The bot sends; it never reads your messages.
• Your work here — tasks, uploads for review, notes, decisions and the times things happened.

Cookies

Three: one that keeps you signed in, one that remembers your time zone so times show in it, and one for light or dark mode. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Who else sees data

The site runs on Cloudflare. Review videos are stored with Cloudflare Stream and removed after the video is posted. The site reads the team's Trello board and Google Drive folders, writes one slide per video to the team's Google Slides deck, and shows public YouTube information. Nothing about you is sent anywhere else.

Removing your account

Ask a manager to remove you and your sign-in stops working at once. Records of work already done stay with the team's history.

Questions: ask the team's manager.
